About David Magarian

I am a LEED Accredited Professional with extensive experience in environmental design, sustainable master planning, renewable energy planning, LEED implementation, and low carbon development. I have served as an environmental designer, consultant, and project leader in projects of all scales with engineering and architecture firms such as Buro Happold and GreenWorks Studio, as well as with government, non-profit and private clients. My projects integrate energy, water, land use, and community planning to achieve effective ecological solutions with minimal capital expenditure.

I received my M.A. in Sustainable Architecture and Community Planning
from Northern Arizona University and a B.A. in Sustainable Transit
Design from Hampshire College.
