Award-winning designer, Jean Zinner, ASID, C.I.D., and founder of Santa Monica-based J.A.Z Designs, Inc. specializes in high end custom residential design.
Since 1982, Jean Zinner has been skillfully creating unique environments reflective of her clients’ distinctive style. She specializes in Spanish Colonial, European Traditional, American Classical, and California Contemporary.
In addition to earning her ASID and C.I.D credentials, Jean Zinner graduated from UCLA Environmental and Interior Design Program, the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and the University of Arizona.
Zinner has demonstrated the value she places on education by contributing to the professional development of others. She has served as a chapter board member for ASID, in addition to a chairperson for the student affairs and eduction committee as well as chair for the nominating committee.
Jean Zinner’s boundless energy, integrity, imagination and creativity have translated into a thriving business and long-term relationships, which have spanned years, multiple projects and many referrals. She has learned not only to listen, but how to communicate with her clients allowing her to create aesthetically pleasing and functional living spaces for successful Californians who have a strong desire to create a uniquely personal environment.
